It is extremely rich in protein and has fewer carbohydrates than normal cereals, full of group B vitamins, minerals. It contains all the amino acids that the body need to build muscle.

Only 60 gr. of quinoa provide: 95% of the daily amount of iron that our body needs. 12% of calcium. Also Vitamin C, E, group B, folic acid. Magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and essential fats. In addition, its fiber helps prevent cardiovascular disease.

To add to all its qualities is the fact that the soil where quinoa is cultivated doesn’t receive harmful fertilizers or other chemicals, so the product that we eat is completely free of any substance that can affect adversely our health.
